Tolbert Legran Finney was convicted of burglary and sentenced to 9-1/2 years, 2-1/2 to serve and 7 on probation. Upon release from confinement, Finney committed three violations of the terms of his probation by (1) failing to notify his probation officer of a move or his new address, (2) violated the law of a public agency by being drunk in public, and (3) by drinking intoxicants. The trial court vacated three years of the remainder of Finney's term...
