Franklin Mobley appeals from a judgment of conviction for second degree burglary (Pen. Code, §§ 459, 460), pursuant to which he was ordered committed to the Department of Corrections for confinement in the California Rehabilitation Center (CRC). (Welf. & Inst. Code, § 3051.)1
