GARRISON, Judge.

Defendant Eric Roberson was arrested on October 19, 1982, and charged with armed robbery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. A motion to suppress the identification was heard on December 10, 1982, and was denied. After trial on February 3 and 4, 1983, a twelve-member jury returned a verdict of guilty as charged against the defendant. The trial court sentenced the defendant to serve 99 years at hard labor.
