PER CURIAM.

The trial court erred in awarding appellees' attorney's fees and costs because they neither pled nor proved their entitlement to such an award. We, therefore, reverse that portion of the final judgment. In all other respects, we affirm the trial court.

AFFIRMED in part, REVERSED in part.
