CAVANAUGH, Judge:

Appellant Edward N. Watts was found guilty following a non-jury trial of possession of an instrument of crime, possession of a prohibited offensive weapon, and possession of a weapon by an inmate. Post-verdict motions were denied and appellant was sentenced to three concurrent terms of imprisonment of one to five years. He has raised four claims on appeal.
