Defendant appeals as of right from a judgment entered in favor of plaintiff, finding that defendant had been negligent in failing to properly maintain a highway at the intersection of South Lapeer Road (M-24) and Kile Road. After reaching its verdict as to liability, the court computed plaintiff's damages at $2,100,000; however, the court ruled that several factors required it to reduce the award to $971...
