This is an appeal by plaintiff Continental American Corporation from the judgment of the District Court of Sedgwick County in favor of defendant Pacific Balloon Company, Inc., on defendant's counterclaim for a setoff against the judgment in favor of plaintiff. Plaintiff raises one issue on appeal: Did the evidence conclusively establish an account stated?
