Margaret Cavanaugh Spadaro is the deceased wife of the plaintiff, Robert N. Spadaro, and the daughter of the intervenor, Vincent T. Cavanaugh. Following his wife's death, the plaintiff arranged for her burial in a family plot in Minneapolis owned by Vincent Cavanaugh.
