Pondexter (defendant-appellant) appeals a jury verdict finding him guilty of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer (K.S.A. 21-3411), unlawful possession of a firearm (K.S.A. 21-4204), burglary (K.S.A. 21-3715) and attempted murder (K.S.A. 21-3301, 21-3401).
