This is an appeal by National Filtronics, Inc. (Tenant), from an adverse judgment cancelling a 50-year lease on a 14-acre manufacturing site in Florence, Alabama. Following a fire loss, Sherwood Land, LTD. (Landlord), instituted this suit as a declaratory judgment action, seeking cancellation of the lease on the ground that Tenant violated the "increased hazard of risk" clause of the lease by subleasing the property to a furniture manufacturing company...
