On February 22, 1982, judgment was entered on a jury verdict returned for appellant. Appellant filed a notice of appeal from that judgment on February 24, 1982. On March 1, 1982, appellees filed a motion for new trial. On March 11, 1982, appellant paid all court costs in the action. On March 15, 1982, the trial court granted appellees' motion for new trial.
