PER CURIAM.

On July 16, 1979, the trial court denied plaintiff's motion to vacate an arbitration award of $7,000 to defendant. This Court affirmed the trial court's decision in an unpublished per curiam opinion (No. 46520, released February 6, 1981). On April 20, 1983, the Supreme Court remanded the case to this Court "for reconsideration in light of Detroit Automobile Inter-Ins Exchange v Gavin [416 Mich. 407;
