HAIRE, Presiding Judge.

The sole issue in this appeal involves whether the trial court erred by ordering the defendant to make restitution to an insurance company as a condition of probation. Pursuant to a plea agreement, Merrill pled guilty to attempted burglary, received a suspended sentence, and was placed on probation for three years.
