On November 29, 1978, following a bench trial in Detroit Recorder's Court, defendants Frank and Joseph LeFlore were convicted of unarmed robbery. Defendant Joseph LeFlore was also convicted of assault with intent to murder. Defendant Frank LeFlore was sentenced to from 7 to 15 years in prison and Joseph LeFlore was sentenced to from 10 to 15 years in prison for the unarmed robbery...
