This is an action for breach of contract in which the plaintiffs, Foyer Key Sung and Niema Young Sung, allege that the defendants, Juan Ramirez, Lilliana Ramirez and Francisca Yolanda Fernandez, have breached a noncompeting covenant contained in a contract of sale for a deligrocery business executed between the afore-mentioned parties.
