Jerry Gerard, Jr., a juvenile, appeals his conviction for taking a motor vehicle without permission of the owner, RCW 9A.56.070. He challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain a conviction and also assigns as error the trial court's exclusion of a State witness' juvenile court record.
