Barker appeals the judgment of the Superior Court entered after a jury found him guilty of rape in the first degree, assault in the second degree, and unlawful imprisonment while armed with a deadly weapon, alleging that there was no knowing and intelligent waiver of counsel and that he was improperly denied a continuance.
