On November 15, 1978, plaintiffs filed a complaint stating, in part, that the defendant hospital was being operated as a business and, therefore, could not be afforded the protection of governmental immunity. On June 17, 1980, defendant moved for summary judgment on the grounds of governmental immunity. On June 24, 1980, plaintiffs replied to defendant's argument regarding governmental immunity.
