The issuance of this opinion has been delayed awaiting a decision of the Fourth Circuit in an appeal involving the same issue. That case has now been dismissed as moot.

The issue before the Court is a contention by appellant Beneficial Finance Company that the Bankruptcy Court abused its discretion by reopening this case after discharge was granted, to allow debtors to file lien avoidance complaints...
