Plaintiffs are husband and wife who brought an action in trespass against defendants for injuries allegedly incurred on August 9, 1981 in an automobile accident. Count II of the complaint alleges that plaintiff husband is entitled to damages for his consequent loss of consortium and other services of plaintiff wife. The pleadings reveal that plaintiffs were unmarried at the time of the accident, but did marry less than 30 days...
