Appellees, plaintiffs below, all bought houses constructed by appellant Powercraft Homes, Inc. in its Indian Hills development near Casa Grande, Arizona. Each of them discovered numerous defects in their houses. The most serious, shared by all the houses, was cracking in the exterior and interior walls.
