American Motors Corporation (AMC) appeals from a judgment affirming the Labor and Industry Review Commission's (LIRC) finding of fact, conclusions of law, and order holding that AMC unlawfuly discriminated against Sharon Basile on the basis of handicap when it refused to hire her. AMC contends that (1) Basile's physical stature is not a handicap under the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act;1
