The issue presented herein is whether a mortgagee which foreclosed on the debtors' realty, and a buyer which purchased said property at a sheriff's sale, are entitled to relief from the automatic stay provisions of section 362(a) of the Bankruptcy Code ("the Code") in order to permit the buyer to perfect its title to said property.
