Plaintiff assigns as error the granting of defendant Cain's motion for a directed verdict at the close of plaintiff's evidence. Plaintiff contends that a directed verdict was improper because the evidence was sufficient to raise a jury issue as to whether a physician-patient relationship existed between defendant Cain and plaintiff. We agree.
