Huntington, acting as personal representative for the children of Jack Bright, appeals the dismissal of a wrongful death action brought against Samaritan Hospital, Dr. Klobucher and Doctors' Clinic, Inc. The issue is whether the running of the statute of limitation is tolled in an action for wrongful death during the period of the statutory beneficiaries' minority.
