This is an appeal from a directed verdict rendered in favor of defendants at the close of plaintiffs' case.

In the spring of 1980, plaintiffs, Lawrence B. Kaye and his wife, were in the market for a new home. They contacted Anita Levin of Marting Realty who recommended a home owned by defendants V.
