On or about June 13, 1983, defendant was issued a citation for violation of Township Zoning Ordinance Article XXVII, section 360. The ordinance in question reads as follows:

"Section 360. Storage of Disabled or Dismantled Vehicles. No continuous parking or storage of disabled or partially dismantled or junk cars, trucks, boats, or other forms of vehicles shall be permitted...
