Defendant appeals as of right from a trial court order denying its motion to set aside a settlement in this condemnation action.

In anticipation of filing this action to condemn property for an industrial park, the City of Detroit, on October 31, 1980, sent affected property owners offers to purchase their property. On November 10, 1980, the Reverend Carol Hayes accepted the city's offer to purchase the defendant's real property and immovable fixtures...
