Defendant Beard appeals denial of her motion to set aside a default judgment foreclosing a mortgage and ordering the sale of the subject real property.

Elizabeth Beard executed a mortgage on May 10, 1974, to National Homes Acceptance Corporation, covering real property commonly known as 116 Minnesota, Lawrence, Kansas.
