Plaintiffs, Josephine Marie Raudabaugh and Alfred Blair Raudabaugh, filed suit for damages in the Wayne County Circuit Court and the Court of Claims against defendants, Duane F. Baley, a State Police detective sergeant, and the Michigan Department of State Police, alleging that: (1) their automobile was unlawfully taken and detained; (2) Josephine Raudabaugh was falsely arrested; and (3) Alfred Raudabaugh was falsely arrested and maliciously prosecuted...
