GRANT, Judge.

After a jury trial, appellant Edward Tarzian (defendant) was convicted of filing misleading information with the Arizona Corporation Commission in violation of A.R.S. §§ 44-1992 and 44-2036. He was fined $1500.00 and placed on probation for a period of five years.
