This appeal by the husband from a judgment nisi of divorce granted on the wife's complaint (the husband's complaint for divorce being dismissed) raises only the question whether the probate judge erred in ordering the final hearing of April 20, 1982, to go forward in the absence from the courtroom of the husband or his representative.
