Appellant, a juvenile, was found to be a delinquent child, and placed on probation "until further order." Approximately three months later, another petition was filed in juvenile court. This petition alleged that appellant was a delinquent child by reason of the commission of the offenses of theft by shoplifting and criminal trespass.
