Appellee-Bank loaned money to appellant and the note evidencing the indebtedness was secured by an automobile. Appellant failed to make payments as required by the terms of the note and appellee repossessed the automobile. After giving notice to appellant, appellee sold the vehicle at a private sale for $300.
