A trial was held in the instant adversary action on January 10 and 11, 1983. The Complaint was brought by the trustee to recover on an insurance policy for the loss of a piece of machinery, a coal auger. The parties have consented to this Court entering a final judgment and have agreed that no evidence would be submitted to any other court should the matter be appealed...
