WIENER, Acting P.J.

William Sylvester Jenkins appeals the judgment entered pursuant to his negotiated guilty plea contending the court erred by imposing a sentence contrary to the terms of his plea bargain and by using the same fact both to aggravate the base term and to impose a consecutive term. (See Pen. Code, § 1170, subd. (b).)1 We affirm.
