Plaintiff Erika Parisi, M.D., instituted an action in assumpsit on January 28, 1980, against defendant Charles M. Kipp, M.D., for failure to compensate her for three weeks of vacation and to pay her bonuses as agreed to pursuant to her employment contract and by oral agreement.
