PER CURIAM.
On July 28, 1981, the trial judge entered an order granting a $42,040.67 judgment for plaintiff but refused to grant attorney fees. Plaintiff appeals by leave granted from this refusal.
This is the second time this case is before this Court. The facts are found in our first opinion:
