WICKERSHAM, Judge:

On November 8, 1978, following a non-jury trial before the Honorable Thomas N. Shiomos, appellant, Antoine Lewis, was found guilty of attempted burglary and possessing instruments of crime. Post-verdict motions were denied, and appellant was sentenced to probation for five years on the charge of attempted burglary and a concurrent term of three years of probation on the charge of possessing instruments of crime. Appellant took this appeal.
