On August 26, 1978, a collision involving three motor vehicles occurred, giving rise to the instant litigation. One of the vehicles was owned and operated by Carmen Chilcote, the second owned and operated by Amos Webb, and the third vehicle owned by Von Der Ahe Van Lines and operated by its agent, servant and employee, Eiber Vincent, Jr. Carmen Chilcote and his wife, Gloria May Chilcote, appellants herein, filed suit...
