The defendant, Harold Jones, appeals following his conviction by a jury in Sedgwick District Court of aggravated burglary, K.S.A. 21-3716; two counts of rape, K.S.A. 21-3502; and one count of aggravated sodomy, K.S.A. 21-3506.
