Appellant was convicted of rape and assault with intent to rape, and sentenced to life imprisonment plus 10 years confinement to run consecutively. His attorney filed a motion to withdraw as counsel pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (87 S.C. 1396, 18 LE2d 493).
