This case comes to us on appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Civil Division, and involves an appeal by the plaintiffs-appellants from an order of the trial court granting the motion of one of the defendants, First Wisconsin National Bank of Milwaukee, to dismiss the complaint.
