Offer, managing editor of the La Crosse Tribune, and Terry Rindfleisch, reporter, for a writ of mandamus directing the La Crosse County Circuit Court to produce a transcript of voir dire proceedings held in camera. The petitioners also asked for an order prohibiting the La Crosse County Circuit Court from conducting in camera voir dire proceedings...
