In this adversary proceeding plaintiff asserts a claim against defendant debtor, that certain debts allegedly owed by defendant to plaintiff are non-dischargeable. Plaintiff's claim is based in the alternative upon 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2) and § 523(a)(6), the former claim being alleged fraud, while the latter is for alleged conversion by a fiduciary.
