Calvin Ward was convicted of selling marijuana in violation of the Controlled Substances Act and sentenced to serve five years. He filed his notice of appeal on June 18, 1982. Pursuant to Rule 27 (a) and Rule 14 of this court, on October 12, 1982, counsel for Ward was directed to file an enumeration of errors and brief not later than the end of the working day of October 18, 1982 or suffer dismissal....
