J.G. appeals from a nonfinal order of the circuit court waiving juvenile jurisdiction. J.G.'s petition for leave to appeal was granted by this court in an order dated February 15, 1983. J.G. claims that the trial court misused its discretion2 by finding prosecutive merit3 in a juvenile waiver hearing solely on the basis of the petitions of delinquency...
