This case presents another question of first impression under the Pennsylvania No-Fault Motor Vehicle Insurance Act.1 The question raised is whether § 205(d) of the No-Fault Act, 40 P.S. § 1009.205(d) (Supp. 1982-83), permits a claimant to recover increased work loss benefits from his no-fault carrier based upon increases in the minimum wage required by the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.2<...
