Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. ("Manufacturers") and Citibank (South Dakota) N.A. ("Citibank") have each sued Wilson Pannell, a Chapter 7 debtor, to have certain of his debts declared nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) on the ground that they were the result of fraud, false pretenses, and false representations.
