Upon a hearing held on November 21, 1983 we took under advisement debtors' application for temporary restraining order and permanent injunction under 11 U.S.C. Section 105(a). In said application debtors request an order specifically staying criminal prosecution proceedings in the state courts for issuance of checks without funds.
